Dictionary to continue…

Well, what a week. I hope to pick up again with the Dictionary tomorrow… thanks so much for your patience and many, many messages of love and support. They’re greatly appreciated.

It is the friends you can call up at 4 a.m. that matter.  ~Marlene Dietrich

Mary, at a time like this, I think the most important thing is to focus on the time with your family and to nurture yourself, part of which is trusting that in a world where–despite what we may read in the papers everyday–many things are well, all will also be well with your blog and your books when the time is right to return to them again. And here’s a big e-hug from me!:)

Thank you so much Helen. I don’t guarantee a post a day, but at this point, it actually takes my mind off things. 🙂

I’m still doing home schooling for Faith, too. She’s life, and life goes on!

I know what you mean about taking one’s mind off things. I’ve found that with the earthquakes, too–that sometimes it’s good to have a book deadline or similar to worry about as an excuse for not focusing on everything else–that’s really not good at all—going on around you. As for home schooling Faith–that would be a life mission in itself!:)

I’ve been thinking of you during all this. We were in crisis mode for a little over a week. You’ve been in crisis mode for months! Not easy.
